How to deal with members who leave their church or move to a different church

It should be noted that HBMM is a church based ministry and requires pastors to approve new members and the continuation of members from their church in HBMM

• Pastors or chapter presidents and district leadership team members must notify the regional chaplain when/if a member leaves the church where he is currently a member.
• If a member locates to another church where a HBMM chapter exists, he must…
  o Get permission from the previous pastor to move his membership
  o  Get permission from the knew pastor to be a member of the new chapter
  o  Get permission from the regional chaplain to move his membership
  o  If these are not possible then he is to turn in his patch to the regional chaplain
• If a member moves to a church where there is no HBMM chapter he must do one of the following:
  o Have permission from the local pastor and HBMM leadership to remain in the same chapter as a multi-church member.
  o  Receive permission to establish a new chapter in his new church
  o  Turn his patch in to the regional chaplain
