START EM UP

With your right  arm extended, move your index finger in a circular motion.

STOP

Extend your left arm at a 45 degree angle with the palm of your hand facing rearward.

LEFT TURN

Raise your left arm horizontal with your elbow fully extended. (Do not point with your finger)

RIGHT TURN

Raise your left arm horizontal with your elbow bent 90 degrees vertically.

SLOW DOWN

Extend your left arm at a 45 degree angle and move your hand down and up.

SPEEDING UP

Raise your left arm horizontal with your elbow bent 90 degrees vertically point up and move up and down

STAGGERED FORMATION

Extend your left arm upward at a 45 degree angle with your index and pinkie finger extended.

SINGLE FILE

Extend your left arm upward above your head and with your palm facing your right hold your hand straight up

LEFT HAZARD

Extend your left leg at a 45 degree angle and point towards the hazard.

RIGHT HAZARD

Extend your right leg at a 45 degree angle and point towards the hazard.

TIGHTEN UP FORMATION

Raise your left arm horizontal with your elbow bent 90 degrees vertically open your hand and close to fist as if grasping something
