HBMM does not require a district HBMM Leader, but does encourage cooperation with the District Men’s Ministries Director and the designated missions director. If a District HBMM Leader is to be established in a district, it should be done with the cooperation of the HBMM National Leadership Team Motorcycle Chaplains, District Men’s Ministries Director, and District Officers.
